#1: I don't know how to activate RegistryMum.

Activating RegistryMum is easy. Please take the following steps to activate RegistryMum to fix your slow PC.

1) Download RegistryMum first and then install it. [ If you have already done this, please skip this step. ]
2) Launch RegistryMum after installing.
3) Click Register Now button, and a registration box will pop up.
4) Type your email address or copy / paste your serial number to the registration box, then click Activate Now button to activate RegistryMum.

#2: I have lost my RegistryMum. How to get it back?

It is easy to get RegistryMum back.

1. Please open www.RegistryMum.com and click Download button to start downloading.
2. Install RegistryMum after the download is complete.
3. Launch RegistryMum after the installing.

You may need to activate the RegistryMum again to use the full features because the License.ini file may be lost. Now please take the following steps to activate it again.

1. Click on the button that says Register Now when the RegistryMum is on.
2. Type your Order Email Address or copy & paste your Serial Number to the registration box that pops up after you click Register Now button.

Tips:
1) Your Order Email Address is the one that you used to purchase our software.
2) The Serial Number is sent to your Order Email Address after the order is complete. If you can't find your Serial Number in your mail box, please login Member Center to get it. Please open the Member Center and type your Order Email Address to login.

3. Then click the button that says Activate Now to activate RegistryMum.

If you have chosen Lifetime License & Extended Download Service when you purchased RegistryMum, please download the Registered Version of RegistryMum from Member Center area. The Registered Version means that you don't need to activate it again after installing.

#3: My serial number is invalid. How to get a new valid one?

There are many reasons when message says your serial number is invalid. Please check below:

1. You typed wrong Serial Number
If the case is like this, please take the following steps to activate RegistryMum:
1) Press Ctrl + C to copy serial number
2) Press Ctrl + V to paste the serial number into the registration box that pops up after you click Register Now button.
3) Click Activate Now button to activate it.

2. Your computer is not online when you want to activate RegistryMum
Please check your Internet connection and make sure it works and your computer is connected.

3. Your serial number or email address was used by other.
If the case is like this, please contact us and we will issue you the new serial number.

Please check the reasons listed above and if you still receive the message that says invalid serial number, then please email us again along with your 8-digit Order Number & your Order Email Address, we will send you new serial number immediately.

There are another 2 possible reasons when you receive the invalid serial number message:
The 1st one is your serial number has been expired
The 2nd one is that you haven't purchased RegistryMum

#4: I have already paid but am being asked to purchase again?

If you are being asked to purchase a product that you have already bought, chances are your program is yet to be activated. Open your installed program and click on the "Register Now" button in the main program window. Simply copy and paste the serial number to be found in the order confirmation email.

If you cannot find the email, you can retrieve your serial number from the Member Center.

#5: How do I get my serial number?

In order to unlock the full potential of your software you need to use the serial number provided in the order confirmation email which you received when your order was successfully processed.

If you no longer have or misplaced the email you can retrieve your serial number from Member Center.

You will be asked to enter the same email address that you used during the order process. And then you will find information about your purchased products, including the relevant serial number.

#6: I have purchased RegistryMum but I still get the trial version. How do I activate?

If you are being asked to purchase a product that you have already bought, chances are your program is yet to be activated. Open your installed program and click on the "Register Now" button in the main program window. Simply copy and paste the serial number to be found in the order confirmation email.

#7: Why is RegistryMum not cleaning all the errors?

Please note that since RegistryMum performs an extensive search through the registry there might be entries which might be reappearing for two reasons:

1:- either they are not deleted because they are locked.
2:- they are re-created by the system since the files are important for the OS.

To confirm this please try running registry scan from safe mode with NETWORKING.

If the entries are still there after you scan and fix via safe mode, then just add the entries to the ignore list as follows:

Run a scan
After scan is completed, click the entries list.
Click on the Ignore button.
Repeat the above step with the other keys found.

#8: How to uninstall RegistryMum?

RegistryMum is easy to install, easy to use, and easy to remove. Here we will show you how to uninstall it on different Operating Systems (98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista, 7).

1. You need to make sure that the RegistryMum is not running. Even though it may not appear on the screen, RegistryMum's active scan process may be active. If you see the RegistryMum icon in the task-bar, that means that it's active process is still running. To de-activate it. Right click on the icon and click "Exit the RegistryMum"
2. Go to "Start" > "Programs" > "RegistryMum" and click "Uninstall".
3. Click on the button that says "Yes" on the uninstall confirmation window.
4. Click "OK" to complete the uninstallation.

You can use the built-in feature of the Microsoft Operating System to uninstall RegistryMum, too.
