Senior Software Engineer
Job Description:
The main job is to develop high-performance gateway solution based on specification. Additional responsibilities may include participating in software function/design review, writing specs, and creating technical documents. The selected candidate will also be required to mentor junior engineers and lead projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in networking and operating systems development. The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, strong motivation, and proven records of meeting aggressive deadlines as well as be comfortable to work in a cross-functional virtual team.
Experience and Education:
 4+ years in system level software development
Strong C and C++ programming experience
Knowledge and expertise in the following areas: TCP/IP protocol, networking programming, networking troubleshooting, operating systems and performance management
Knowledge in Unix (Solaris, BSD, Linux), Real-time, MicroKernel, and/or Windows operating systems
Knowledge in website technique, such as HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, etc
Knowledge of commercially available software development tools
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of detail and follow through
Ability to manage up and down within the organization
